Mewtora employs a clear and transparent reservation process, allowing clients to fully understand the cat's condition and handover arrangements before confirmation.
Step 1: Select a Cat
You can browse the "Available Cats" page to view information on currently available cats, including breed, age in months, gender, location, and reservation status.
Step 2: Contact for Inquiry
Once you've chosen a cat you're interested in, you can contact us via WhatsApp, LINE, or WeChat. Please provide a screenshot or the cat's name for quick verification by customer service.
Step 3: Video Viewing
Before reserving, we can provide videos of the cat, information on its interactions, and basic details to help you better understand the cat's personality and current condition.
Step 4: Confirm Reservation
After confirming the cat, handover location, time, and related arrangements, you can complete the reservation according to customer service instructions. Once the reservation is successful, the cat's status will be updated to "Reserved."
Step 5: Pre-Handover Confirmation
Before handover, we will reconfirm the cat's condition, health information, handover time, location, and necessary supplies.
Step 6: Complete Handover
The client completes the handover as agreed. After the handover, if there are any questions regarding daily adaptation, feeding, or basic care, you can continue to communicate through the original contact method.
The entire process emphasizes transparency, confirmation, and record-keeping, allowing clients to welcome their new family member with greater peace of mind.
