Handover arrangements will be confirmed based on the cat's location, the customer's location, time arrangements, and actual conditions. All handover methods are subject to final confirmation by customer service.

・Cat's identity and condition
・Handover time
・Handover location
・Contact information
・Supplies needed
・Basic health information
・Video or photo confirmation

We do not recommend making last-minute changes to the handover time, as cats need a stable environment and appropriate arrangements. If the customer needs to adjust the time, please contact customer service in advance.

On the day of handover, it is recommended to prepare:

・Carrier
・Clean towel
・Small amount of water
・Quiet pick-up environment
・Avoid prolonged exposure to high temperatures or noisy environments

After the cat arrives home, it is recommended to place it in a quiet space first, allowing it to gradually get used to the smells, sounds, and new environment.
