Q2: Can I see a video first?
Yes. Before making a reservation, you can inquire whether a video of the cat can be provided to help you understand the cat's current status, personality, and interaction.
Q3: Is the cat's information updated in real time?
We will try our best to keep the information updated, but the actual status is subject to confirmation by customer service. Popular cats may be reserved more quickly.
Q4: Can I specify a breed or fur color?
Yes. If you don't find the cat you want, you can submit your request through a special order, and we will help keep an eye out based on the actual situation.
Q5: Which regions are supported?
Currently, we mainly support inquiries from customers in Hong Kong, Taiwan, Singapore, and Malaysia. The actual handover method and time need to be confirmed by customer service.
Q6: What should I pay attention to after the cat arrives home?
It is recommended to let the cat adapt in a quiet space first. Do not bathe it immediately, do not suddenly change its food, and do not let too many people interact with it at the same time. Adapting to a new environment usually takes time.

Live cats involve factors such as health, environment, transportation, and care. Relevant arrangements need to be handled according to the content confirmed before the reservation and the actual situation. We recommend that customers fully confirm the information, videos, and handover arrangements before making a reservation.

Q9: Is the price fixed?
Different cats will vary due to breed, age in months, gender, appearance, location, and actual arrangements. The final price is subject to confirmation by customer service.
Q10: Can beginners make a reservation?
Yes. We will provide basic care advice, and we also recommend that beginners prepare a litter box, cat food, water, a carrier, a scratching post, and a quiet resting space in advance.
