Health Assurance
Confirm the cat’s basic condition before handover and provide settling-in and care suggestions after arrival.
Mewtora prioritizes transparent information and thorough status checks before kitten handover.
Before reservation and handover, we make every effort to help clients understand the kitten's basic condition, including its energy level, appetite, activity, appearance, and available health information.
Information available for confirmation includes:
・Kitten's current energy level
・Appetite and daily activity
・Basic health information
・Availability of video confirmation
・Status updates before handover
・Daily care advice
It is important to note that live kittens may experience short-term adaptation reactions due to environmental changes, weather, transport, diet changes, or stress, such as changes in appetite, mild anxiety, hiding, or changes in bowel movements. These situations require patient observation and proper care.
We recommend that clients, after the kitten arrives home:
・First, arrange a quiet, independent space
・Do not bathe immediately
・Do not suddenly change food
・Avoid frequent handling or excessive disturbance
・Observe appetite, energy, and bowel movements
・If any abnormalities occur, consult a professional veterinarian promptly
Mewtora can provide basic communication and care advice after handover, but this does not replace professional veterinary diagnosis. If the kitten shows obvious discomfort, please contact a local veterinarian for examination immediately.
