・Interest in a specific lineage or physical characteristics
・Arranging consultations in Hong Kong, Taiwan, Singapore, or Malaysia

After you submit a special order, we will conduct an initial review based on your requirements and proactively contact you when a suitable cat becomes available.

To improve matching efficiency, we recommend providing the following information:

・Desired fur color or appearance
・Acceptable age range (in months)
・Budget range
・Country or region
・Preferred contact method
・Whether you require a video viewing of the cat

A special order does not guarantee immediate availability of a cat; arrangements will be based on actual availability. If a suitable option arises, customer service will provide information and videos for your confirmation.
